2. Cheating & Exploits

2.1 The use of bots, macros, third-party tools, or automation is prohibited.
2.2 Exploiting bugs or unintended mechanics is not allowed.
2.3 All bugs must be reported — not abused.
2.4 Any form of cheating results in a permanent ban.

3. Real Money Trading (RMT)

3.1 OTTi enforces a strict no-RMT policy.
3.2 Buying or selling zeny, items, or accounts for real money is prohibited.
3.3 Violations result in a permanent ban.

4. Trading & Economy

4.1 All trades must be fair and transparent.
4.2 Scamming is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Item duplication or unauthorized modification is forbidden.
4.4 CashPoint trading is allowed.

5. PvP & WoE Conduct

5.1 Abuse of game mechanics or exploits is not allowed.
5.2 Griefing or repeated harassment is prohibited.
5.3 Maintain fair play and respect during PvP and WoE.
5.4 Collusion, win-trading, or match manipulation is prohibited.

6. Accounts & Security

6.1 You are responsible for your account.
6.2 Do not share account information.
6.3 Lost or compromised accounts due to sharing are not guaranteed recovery.

7. Names & Content

7.1 Character, guild, and party names must be appropriate.
7.2 Offensive, abusive, illegal, or explicit content is prohibited.

8. Staff Authority

8.1 Respect all staff and Game Masters.
8.2 Do not request items, zeny, or special treatment.
8.3 Staff decisions are final.

9. Multi-Accounting

9.1 Limited multi-accounting is allowed (e.g., merchants).
9.2 Abuse (AFK farming, PvP/WoE advantage, automation) is prohibited.
9.3 Creating accounts to bypass restrictions or gain unfair advantage is forbidden.

10. Anti-Bot System

10.1 All players must comply with bot checks.
10.2 Failure to respond may result in penalties.
10.3 Attempting to bypass the system results in a permanent ban.

11. Events

11.1 Follow all event rules provided by staff.
11.2 Exploiting event mechanics is prohibited.
11.3 Any exploiting during an event can be ended as punishment.

12. Reporting

12.1 Report rule violations with proper evidence.
12.2 False reports or misleading evidence may result in penalties.
12.3 Reports with evidence that improve the server may be rewarded.

13. Advertising & Promotion

13.1 Advertising other servers, services, or communities is prohibited.
13.2 Sharing malicious, misleading, or suspicious links is forbidden.

14. VPN & Ban Evasion

14.1 Using VPNs or proxies to evade bans is prohibited.
14.2 Creating new accounts to bypass restrictions will result in a permanent ban by IP.

15. AFK & Automation Behavior

15.1 Built-in game systems such as auto-attack are allowed.
15.2 Players must remain actively present while using auto-attack features.
15.3 Fully unattended gameplay (AFK farming, botting, or long-term absence) is prohibited.
15.4 The use of third-party automation, macros, or scripts to simulate gameplay is strictly forbidden.
15.5 Staff may perform activity checks at any time — failure to respond may result in penalties.

16. Language Policy

16.1 English is the primary language for public communication.
16.2 Excessive use of other languages in public channels may be moderated.

17. Server Policy & Data

17.1 The server reserves the right to perform wipes, rollbacks, or adjustments if necessary.
17.2 No compensation is guaranteed for losses due to technical issues or server changes.

18. Rule Enforcement

18.1 Violations may result in warnings, mutes, temporary bans, or permanent bans.
18.2 Punishments are applied based on severity and player history.

19. OTTi Name & Representation

19.1 The use of the OTTi Ragnarok Online name, brand, or identity for personal gain is prohibited.
19.2 Impersonating staff, partners, or official representatives is strictly forbidden.
19.3 Claiming false affiliation with OTTi to gain trust, items, or advantages is not allowed.
19.4 Creating or promoting unofficial services presented as official OTTi is prohibited.
19.5 Any misuse of the OTTi name for deception or scams will result in a permanent ban.
